Intergenerational Good Friday Worship

Here is a “stations of Holy Week” service we did several years ago at Peace Mennonite. It takes people through the story of Holy Week through Jesus’ burial. It will need to be adapted for different theological and logistical contexts, but I hope you find the overall structure and simplified readings helpful if you hope to include children in Good Friday worship this year.

  1. Hi Joanna, I hope you are well. I have my Holy Week and Easter services all done. (Yay) I have the month of May off. I will re-subscribe for the full support again in June. I hope I can still receive the free material like the journal pages. Blessings, Barbara Barbara J Cairns

  2. I think this is a wonderful idea. I have seen some high school and junior high school kids reenacting the stations of the cross, but this is good for all ages. Thank you.
